THE KRUKOWSKI GEORGIAN - POLISH INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH CENTER

The Krukowski Georgian - Polish Interdisciplinary Research Center is a foundation registered in Georgia, based in Tbilisi. In its structures there is also a Science Station located in Kutaisi.

The Center aims to support joint Polish-Georgian scientific and popularization projects including archaeological research and interdisciplinary studies, carried out in the territory of Georgia or with the participation of Polish and Georgian scientists in other countries. In the future, due to the patron's biography, activity outside of Georgia will be focused on Ukraine, but the plans also reach other places and joint projects, e.g. in the Middle East. The Foundation is also actively involved in projects aimed at opening cultural heritage sites to the people with disabilities, including blind and impaired persons. The Krukowski Center also supports publishing initiatives and the organization of exhibitions and other events that will help promote the results of scientific research.
